In order to implement the relevant arrangementsfor the deployment of Party discipline learning and Education, on the morning of September 29, the undergraduate Party branch and postgraduate Party branchof the College of Foreign Languages and Literature organized all the Partymembers to go to the Shanghai Public Security Museum to carry out the theme ofthe "know the bottom line, abide by the red line, and strengthen theParty's cultivation" theme of the Party Day activities, combining Partydiscipline learning with Education, through vivid examples to make the teachersand students of the Party be alerted, clear the bottom line, abide by the redline, and know the fear of the world. Through vivid examples, teachers andstudents were alerted to the bottom line, red line and fear. Mr. Gu Xiankai,Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, and Mr. Chen Jiajing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, participated in this activity.

Shanghai Public Security Museum is China'sfirst police thematic museum, opened in 1999 has experienced nearly 25 years. Theexhibition hall consists of four floors, with 11 sub-museums, including thePreface Hall, Public Security History Hall, Heroes and Martyrs Hall, andCriminal Investigation Hall. It is a comprehensive museum reflecting thedevelopment history and glorious tradition of Shanghai public security organs,as well as a public security theme museum integrating cultural relics display,popularization of science and education, and social services.

With the guidance of the tour, teachers andstudents went up the steps. Among them, the Public Security History Hall andHeroes and Martyrs Hall on the second floor showed the history of the foundingand development of the people's public security organs from 1854 to thepresent, and reproduced the heroic deeds and relics of nearly 100 Shanghaipublic security martyrs. On the third floor, the Criminal Investigation Hall,the Public Security Management Hall, the Traffic Management Hall and the PrisonManagement Hall, with physical evidence, transcripts and photographs of morethan 30 major cases, show the evolution of social security management, thehistorical changes of urban road traffic management and the historical changesof prisons and detention centers. On the fourth floor, in the Fire ManagementHall, Police Equipment Hall and Police Exchange Hall, students learned aboutthe evolution of fire fighting equipment from the late Qing Dynasty to thepresent, the development of police equipment and the cooperation and exchangein peacekeeping among countries and regions around the world through physicalobjects and photos.

In the face of a vivid case, a photo of thescene, a piece of information on the case, we all feel intuitive and profoundshock, marveling at the hardship and difficulty of guarding the security, thebeauty and preciousness of a safe life.

Through this visit and study, teachers andstudents of the party members to further fully realize the significance ofstrengthening the party's discipline construction, and further enhance thesense of responsibility and sense of mission to strictly abide by party rulesand regulations, will persistently refine the party nature, and further play agood role in the vanguard of the party comrades to lead the role of theexemplary.
