School of Foreign Language and Culture Communication Held 2023 Qinghe Student Cadre Training Camp

    To further strengthen the team building of student cadres, educate and guide student cadres to cast a solid mind, shoulder the responsibility of the mission, gather the strength of the collective, and become good young people with ideals, courage to take responsibility, and willingness to work hard in the new era, On April 21, the Institute held the 2023 Green & Green Student Training Camp in Building 308, Building 15, with the participation of all Youth League Committee and Student Union officials.

    At the ceremony, Chen Jiajing, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Institute, first of all affirmed the achievements of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, and put forward three hopes for the students participating in the training camp: First, We should form a game of chess in ideology, and continuously improve political theory by focusing on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party; We should form one account in terms of responsibility, pay attention to the cultivation of responsibility awareness, enhance the sense of responsibility, and enhance the ability of student cadres to solve practical problems; and third, we should make one strand of rope in terms of strength. Based on the direct guidance of instructors and teachers, the team of student cadres is closely united, constantly improving the working tacit understanding, and paying attention to the cultivation of team spirit. Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee Yang Li introduced the background and significance of the training camp, and systematically introduced the training methods and course arrangements of the Green Grass Camp in 2023 to the trainees.

    All instructors and teachers of the Institute will pair up with the Youth League Committee, the Student Union and other departments to become instructors, and in the following pair-up period, the instructors will provide pertinent business guidance to the trainees. Assign specific tasks to the students, strengthen the study of practical problems, help the students to work independently, and promote the improvement of the working ability of the student cadres. During the exchange, the students expressed that they cherished the opportunity to pair with their tutors, would earnestly practice a down-to-earth work style in the future, and took the initiative to report their work and learning experience regularly. Complete the tasks assigned by the tutor, actively participate in the research and practical activities under the guidance of the tutor, enhance their comprehensive quality, and strive to grow into talents.
